Build services for the new relocated church facility.
Total Master Plan calls for 82,000 sq. ft. to be
built in three phases.
Phase I is 34,609 sq. ft. of finished first floor space
and 5,346 sq. ft. of second floor unfinished area
which includes a 750 seat Worship Center (expandable to 1,245 seats), adult classrooms,
children’s wing, office area, and full size gym/fellowship hall with kitchen.
Future phases allow further expansion of the
Worship Center seating along with a youth and adult
education wing. The building is designed with
an entrance from Lakewood Way and has an
impressive overview of I-470 and Independence
Design Completed February 2002
